Before departing for China on August 27, 2009 (to resume her teaching duties) Sandra met with Wayne Harrigan, Board Member and Cecile Cassista, Executive Director. Sandra has been living in China for nearly four years. Sandra was affected by the government policy of the liquid assets calculated as income which depleted her life savings, forcing her to return to work.
