Youth, seniors team up to present old-fashioned winter carnival
Albert County youth and seniors have combined their energy to bring a bit of old-time fun to their neck of the woods, creating an Old Fashioned Winter Carnival to be held Feb. 6 in Riverside-Albert, but intended for the entire county.
