Bathurst Liberal MLA Brian Kenny (left), Minister of State for Seniors, was on hand Sept. 28 to help celebrate the official opening of an expansion at Résidence Vienneau on Chaleur Street. The residence for seniors opened on the same date two years ago with 15 rooms; now, the new addition doubles the number of rooms to 30 and nearly doubles the staff to 17.
