Bathurst Liberal MLA Brian Kenny (left), Minister of State for Seniors, was on hand Sept. 28 to help celebrate the official opening of an expansion at RĂ©sidence Vienneau on Chaleur Street. The residence for seniors opened on the same date two years ago with 15 rooms; now, the new addition doubles the number of rooms to 30 and nearly doubles the staff to 17. Shown with Minister Kenny are co-owners Kevin Vienneau and his sister, Linda Vienneau.
