Pharmacy chain, Medavie Blue Cross fail to reach agreement on prescription payments
Some pharmacies began rejecting the drug cards over the past few months because they didn't like the new payment contract. For example, one local pharmacy owner told the Times & Transcript the changes would cost his pharmacy $20,000 a year.
