Letter to Editor - Another obvious seniors' solution

Older adults want to be able to stay in their homes and it is unrealistic to think that most baby-boomers will stay in nursing homes. In fact, only seven per cent of adults over the age of 65 years are residents of a nursing home.

Realistically, not all seniors are able to age-in-place, but we need to seriously consider this as a solution to overcrowding in our hospitals and nursing home admissions.
