PCs must come clean for seniors - Published Telegraph Journal August 31, 2010

Is the "ability to pay" on the Conservative agenda for seniors long-term care in the election? It cost my in-laws their life savings and my father-in-law his monthly veterans disability cheque for nursing home care during the Lord term and if Conservatives' are elected again, will they be back looking for any remnants laying around?
