Senior opts for rainwater over user fees

A Penobsquis man is refusing to use any water that he hasn't collected naturally in a protest against what he calls unjust fees for water being imposed on his rural community.

Gordon Fraser, 70, is refusing to pay $400 a year to have 
a new water system hooked up to his Penobsquis home and
has chosen to collect rainwater instead. (CBC)
